Requirements

  • 7-10 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits and employee relations
  • Experience within SaaS organizations, preferably in healthcare/health tech
  • Proven ability to work with global teams across multiple regions
  • Hands-on experience with ADP for payroll and performance management
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, HR certification preferred

  • Policy creation and implementation
  • Benefits administration and support for employee inquiries
  • Handling employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Providing daily inquiries support on US Immigration
