Apply now and discover a career where your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and your work makes a lasting impact Primary Job Responsibilities Identify enhancement opportunities within the Compliance function related to processes, systems, and compliance objectives. Partner with stakeholders to complete all HR data reporting obligations including but not limited to pay equity, pay transparency, OSHA, and EEO-1 reporting. Assist Corporate HR with quarterly HR audit processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with the I-9 process, wage & hour laws, and required employment notices as well as develop summary reports and recommendations as needed. Conduct a full range of project management tasks including overall planning, determining key stakeholders, resourcing requirements, communication, status reporting, and documentation for a variety of HR compliance related projects. Identify opportunities for compliance training and process improvement and collaborate with legal and other stakeholders to develop related resources. Partner with Legal, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure that PulteGroup is compliant with employment laws in each market. Assist VP Compliance in aligning compliance processes and identifying appropriate solutions when discrepancies arise among business partner groups. Manage the SpeakUp Helpline and associated case management system. Oversee onboarding conflict of interest questionnaire process and related communication. Manage Pulte Culture Dashboard updates and related data collection processes. Serve as compliance function interface with HRT and Director of Product Management to ensure compliance projects are included on the P&C Roadmap. Track compliance training completion status companywide and identify when updates are needed. Supervise Cristo Rey Compliance interns during school year and other temporary personnel as required. Perform other tasks as assigned.
