The HR Coordinator role is full‑time, onsite based at the Gallatin, TN facility, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the organization’s human resources function across all business locations. The HR Coordinator supports the full employee lifecycle by managing essential HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, benefits administration, payroll support, and employee records management. Serving as a key liaison between employees, leadership, and the HR team, this role helps maintain accurate HR data, strengthens compliance, and fosters a positive and well‑supported workplace environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and solutions‑driven, with strong knowledge of HR operations, and employment compliance.
