About The Position

The HR Data Management Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR related data, delivering cross functionally high-quality data, reporting and analytics. This role supports company wide teams including Compliance, HR, IT, Finance, Legal and strategic decision-making by data integrity

Requirements

  • 3-5 years working knowledge of global compensation practices and compliance standards.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP), and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
  • Demonstrable experience in HR data validation roles. Including Knowledge of applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills including informative presentation delivery.
  • Knowledge of data/records management practices.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., SAP People Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or Data Analytics strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SQL or other data query languages.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage cases, monitor cases, and close cases within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Provide “white glove” customer service to all stakeholders including HR Business Partners, CEO’s, Corporate HR, functional owners, managers, and employees.
  • Perform various complex projects for data integrity and clean-up.
  • Perform Mass-Uploads and large change initiatives.
  • Audit global data entry on a regular basis to review data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide accurate, consistent, and timely responses to reporting inquiries, which are of moderate complexity and may require additional research and analysis.
  • Assist with creating or updating internal training tools and process manuals for team members and general employees and managers in JELD-WEN to maximize the effective use of the SAP SuccessFactors.
