The Human Resources Generalist will support a wide range of HR functions with a primary focus on learning and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include administering HR and learning systems, coordinating employee training and development programs, supporting onboarding and retention efforts, and assisting with compliance and reporting. This role also provides day-to-day HR support to employees and leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational policies as well as federal, state, and local regulations. The HR Generalist plays a critical role in fostering employee growth, engagement, and continuous learning across the organization. This position follows a hybrid work model, with the expectation to be onsite at our Point of Rocks, MD location up to three (3) days per week, or as determined by your manager based on team and business needs. The remaining days may be worked remotely. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our Point of Rocks, MD location. Flexibility in the hybrid schedule may vary depending on departmental needs.
