About The Position

We’re seeking an HR Generalist to own recruiting operations and people programs while partnering closely with our HR Operations function. This role is focused on attracting talent, delivering a strong candidate and employee experience, and executing key engagement and culture initiatives — with limited backup support for core HR systems when needed. This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys building scalable processes, keeping things organized, and bringing energy to how people experience our company from candidate to contributor.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in HR Generalist and Recruiting Operations roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and recruiting workflows
  • Experience coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
  • Comfort partnering with HR Operations on systems and compliance-related workflows
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Own recruiting operations end-to-end, from job intake through offer acceptance
  • Serve as primary owner of the ATS, including workflows, data integrity, and reporting
  • Manage job posting strategy across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, CALJOBS and other platforms
  • Conduct candidate pre-screening and coordinate interview processes
  • Design and manage interview scheduling and candidate logistics
  • Prepare offer letters and support the offer process through acceptance
  • Administer and continuously improve the Employee Referral Program
  • Manage the company’s LinkedIn Recruiter Seat
  • Manage the Employee Referral Program
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a consistent, efficient, and candidate-friendly recruiting process
  • Support with Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) applicant data and outreach
  • Coordinate Company Career Fairs and related events
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation in partnership with HR Operations
  • Ensure completion of onboarding requirements (including I-9 and E-Verify coordination)
  • Support contractor onboarding and administration
  • Maintain onboarding workflows, templates, and documentation to ensure a smooth first-day experience
  • Administer engagement surveys and help coordinate follow-through on action plans
  • Manage recognition programs, including Star and Spot Awards
  • Plan and support employee events, town halls (logistics support), and culture initiatives
  • Execute employer branding efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor
  • Provide backup support for HRIS (ADP) and intranet administration as needed
  • Provide backup support and review for Global payroll processing in partnership with HR Operations
  • Support travel policy administration and employee questions related to travel
  • Partner closely with HR Operations to ensure seamless handoffs, documentation, and coverage
