About The Position

The HR Generalist will support the Chief Administrative Officer and serve as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and leadership on day-to-day HR operations. This role will support full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, facilities and HR administration while ensuring efficient operations and a positive employee experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of HR generalist or HR operations experience.
  • Experience with HRIS systems; Workday strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, time off, payroll, compensation, and HR systems.
  • Act as liaison with Corporate HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits teams.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for W-2 and 1099 workers, including system setup, orientation, and ServiceNow workflows.
  • Draft and maintain job descriptions and offer letters. Screen candidates, assist with interviews.
  • Assist managers with onboarding, role changes, and terminations.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting firms
  • Support managers with employee performance issues, corrective action, and mediation.
  • Partner with Corporate HR and Legal on employee relations and compliance matters.
  • Coordinate new-hire training and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Support culture-building initiatives including employee events, recognition programs, and company swag.
  • Support workplace operations including office coordination, seating management, and front desk oversight.
  • Manage facilities-related needs such as maintenance issues, repairs, and workplace improvements.
