About The Position

This role will play a pivotal role in delivering on that mission by managing and executing HR initiatives across multiple International countries, primarily Australia, LATAM and Canada, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence in people operations. This role requires expertise in employee relations, strong cross-border HR knowledge, and a mindset focused on leveraging AI and automation to streamline processes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, colleagues within People Operations, and employees, balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on delivery - always embodying Axon’s values in every decision and interaction. This role is based out of our Scottsdale office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Requirements

  • Proven HR generalist experience (5+ years) in multinational environments, including employee relations exposure across multiple countries.
  • Experience leading or significantly contributing to AI, HRIS, or process automation initiatives (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, Chatbots, or HR analytics tools).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English; additional language such as Spanish or French highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Lead employee relations cases across multiple international jurisdictions (primarily; Australia, LATAM, Canada), including investigations, disciplinary actions, performance management and role eliminations.
  • Manage global mobility across all international entities.
  • Build processes and foundational work for international countries to ensure more efficient delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment law and maintain strong relationships with internal legal advisors where appropriate.
  • Coach and advise leaders on employee relations best practices and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Lead and embed initiatives to integrate AI and automation into HR workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making through technology.
  • Ensure compliance of HR initiatives and policies across international entities.
  • Ensure consistency of practices while respecting local cultural and legal differences.
  • Champion a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and performance.
