The HR Generalist provides administrative support for the Human Resource’s department and other staff as assigned. The HR Generalist will report to the Project Director. Organize and maintains all employee files Assists with reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings Assists with New Hire Orientation training Answer phones and provide HR support Put together New Hire packets and New Employee files Follows up on HR communications, reports, information/document requests Maintains spreadsheets and databases, as needed, for employees on FML/LOA, WRI, UI, corrective action/performance improvement plan (PIP) General HR Support – includes, but not limited to, data entry, filing, document scanning, faxing Other duties as assigned Manage employee mobile device setup, activation, and inventory; ensure timely distribution and accurate recordkeeping. Serve as primary liaison with the vendor for troubleshooting, service issues, and support for staff connectivity concerns.
