Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of an HR Generalist. The HR Generalist serves as the local point of contact for employee-related matters within a designated region, providing crucial on-the-ground support. While payroll, benefits and recruiting, are centrally managed, this role acts as the regional expert for employee relations, performance management, legal compliance, conflict resolution, and the investigation of claims. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and productive work environment by proactively addressing employee concerns, ensuring consistent application of company policies, and promoting a culture of fairness and respect. This role is critical in maintaining strong employee engagement and mitigating risk within the region.
