In this role, the HR Generalist is responsible for providing support for core HR functions to Erigo’s multiple client companies. This includes supporting the maintenance of the HRIS system, assisting with the administration of client-specific HR policies and procedures, and responding to employee questions and third-party inquiries. Responsibilities include coordinating and conducting new-hire orientations, providing guidance on employee benefits and compliance matters, preparing monthly HR reports, and documenting HR processes and procedures. The HR Generalist will regularly field questions from employees regarding policies, benefits, onboarding and employment matters, and will work closely with client contacts to provide high-quality HR support and ensure a consistent and responsive client experience.
