We are seeking a motivated and meticulous HR Generalist to join our growing team at our Lake Worth location. The HR Generalist will support the Human Resources department with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, including employee onboarding, payroll assistance, benefits administration, and compliance. This role is ideal for a professional who is organized, approachable, and enthusiastic about fostering a positive workplace culture. We are looking for a responsible HR generalist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. HR Functions include assisting the CFO with daily office needs and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, able to multitask, and mindfulness/with high accuracy. A successful candidate should ensure their efficient and smooth day-to-day operations at our office, as well as servicing multiple companies. Compensation: This position offers an annual salary range of $70,000–$80,000, based on experience.
