About The Position
We’re looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our team with day-to-day HR tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in areas like recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and HR operations.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Microsoft Office skills required
Nice To Haves
- Interest in HR (ADP or HR systems experience is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Help review resumes of applicants
- Screen and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment tasks
- Help respond to basic employee questions
- Support HR projects like training, engagement, and performance reviews
