About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly, curious, and motivated HR Intern to join our team for the Summer 2026 internship program. This position is designed to give a well‑rounded, hands‑on experience across Human Resources, with a primary focus on Talent Management.  What You’ll Do ·         Support the Talent Management team with projects related to learning, leadership development, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. ·         Rotate through several HR areas for 2–3 days each, including Payroll, Benefits, HRIS/HR Technology, Regional HR Business Partners, and the Chief People Officer. ·         Participate in field visits to company sites. ·         Join in learning activities, team events, and development experiences.  What You’ll Gain ·         Hands‑on experience across multiple HR functions. ·         A broad understanding of HR’s role in supporting the business. ·         Exposure to HR operations, partnership, and strategy. ·         Professional development and networking opportunities. Program Overview: Our internship program provides students with the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in various departments, gaining valuable insights and practical skills. Interns will participate in projects and tasks that contribute to their personal and professional development, while supporting the company’s goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business, Psychology etc.).
  • Junior or Senior status by fall of 2026.
  • 3.0 GPA
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • You have basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specific technical skills may vary by role
