About The Position

Hiring: HR Intern (IT Consulting Industry) We are an IT consulting company operating in a bench-based model, supporting batch hiring, technical training programs, and project deployment. We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of IT consulting or staffing industry preferred
• Familiar with H1B / OPT / CPT concepts
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
• Good English reading and writing skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous HR or recruiting internship experience
• Experience supporting batch hiring
• Familiar with international student visa processes

Responsibilities

• Assist with batch hiring (resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups)
• Support training program coordination
• Help maintain bench consultant records
• Assist with onboarding documentation (offer letters, I-9, etc.)
• Track basic visa information (H1B, OPT, CPT)
• Support daily HR operations
