About The Position

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a summer intern to join the HR team. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support in several projects within the Talent Acquisition and HR team.

Requirements

Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, or a recent college graduate.
Majoring in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
Familiar with recruitment, onboarding, and other HR processes and procedures
Basic knowledge of Labor laws and legislation preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Support with an ongoing job description project, which includes updating all company job descriptions, auditing current job descriptions, and documentation of the processes.
Support and coordination with all emerging career initiatives, including campus recruiting, career fairs, managing Handshake postings, internships, etc.
Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
Conduct research on industry trends and summarize findings.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team.
Other projects and assignments as requested
