The Human Resources Manager is a key operational role within our People & Organizational Effectiveness team. You will own US-based HR operations and serve as the primary executor of company-wide people systems — including performance management cycles, contractor compliance, employee development programs, and policy administration. This role partners with an international People & Culture Manager and reports directly to the VP of People & Organizational Effectiveness. You’ll be joining a team that has already deployed structured frameworks for decision rights, performance management, compensation, and organizational governance. Your job is to execute, maintain, and continuously improve these systems. We are looking for someone who can operate independently, manage risk, ensure compliance across a multi-state remote workforce, and drive consistent execution across the full employee lifecycle.
