About The Position

The HR Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources operations and enhancing the new hire experience. The role encompasses a wide range of duties from HR operations to compliance and system administration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, especially Workday and SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and full-cycle onboarding.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with people virtually.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations, including onboarding and pre-boarding processes.
  • Enhance the new hire experience and provide support to hiring managers.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle and support talent acquisition.
  • Utilize systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, HRIS, and ATS for data migration and system administration.
  • Ensure compliance with new hire regulations, employment eligibility, and data privacy.
  • Adhere to policy and regulatory compliance, maintaining confidentiality of information.
