JOB SUMMARY/ OBJECTIVE: THE HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS MANAGER PROVIDES LEADERSHIP AND OVERSIGHT OF KEY HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS AND SUPERVISES HR GENERALISTS RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERING HR SERVICES ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION. THIS POSITION ENSURES THE EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION AND CONSISTENT ADMINISTRATION OF RECRUITMENT, ONBOARDING AND OFFBOARDING PROCESSES, EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SUPPORT, EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION INITIATIVES, AND THE ORGANIZATION’S PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM. THE HR OPERATIONS MANAGER PROVIDES GUIDANCE, TRAINING, AND ACCOUNTABILITY TO HR GENERALISTS AND DELIVERS TRAINING AND SUPPORT TO SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS ON HR POLICIES, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS PRACTICES, SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONAL GOALS THROUGH EFFICIENT HR OPERATIONS, STRONG EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT INITIATIVES, AND HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE DELIVERY ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION.
