The HR Operations Specialist serves as the operational backbone of the People, Culture & Operations team. This role supports consistent, compliant execution of hiring, payroll, benefits administration, and HR systems management. Under the direction of the HR Manager, the HR Operations Specialist ensures that employment processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with California employment practices and organizational policy. This role is non-supervisory and does not serve as the final authority on employee relations determinations or policy interpretation.
