About The Position

The HR Coordinator delivers high-quality, day-to-day People Operations support. The role manages employee lifecycle transactions, coordinates onboarding and HR programs, and partners closely with employees and managers to ensure consistent, compliant, and positive HR experience.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of HR/People Operations coordination or administrative support experience.
  • New college graduates will be considered.
  • Working knowledge of Workday (or similar Human Resources Information System), strong attention to detail, and service orientation.
  • Proficiency with MS Office/Excel; ability to manage multiple priorities and Service Level Agreements.
  • Discretion with confidential or sensitive employee information
  • Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with onboarding at scale, case management tools, and global processes.
  • Familiarity with job profiles and basic level/grade concepts to route requests correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle Transactions Process hires, job changes, transfers, terminations, and personal data updates in Workday with high accuracy; monitor workflow routing and resolve exceptions.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate pre-hire tasks, background checks, provisioning, orientation schedules, and offboarding checklists; ensure documentation is complete and retained per policy.
  • HR Support & Case Management Triage HR tickets/emails, resolve Tier1 inquiries, and escalate to HR Business Partners/Payroll/Benefits as needed with complete case notes.
  • Records & Compliance Maintain electronic personnel files and ensure document retention standards, support audits with timely data pulls.
  • Program Coordination Assist with new hire enrollments, recognition programs, and HR communications logistics.
  • Process HR Mail
  • Other duties as assigned
