About The Position

The HR Service Delivery Team is part of a specialized team dedicated to providing an unrivaled employee experience through personalized access to information and support, anywhere at anytime. The Global HRSD Team is providing advanced solutions and resources that surround our employees work, career, and life and we are experts in HR solutions and technologies. We partner with the broader NA SC HR team to deliver process improvements and best practices to support innovative solutions for our employees. As an HRSD Specialist, you will gain a dynamic, diverse skillset and increased global perspective while elevating the employee, HR, and manager experience. You will partner with employees to provide knowledge and resolve inquiries across a wide variety of areas including: payroll, benefits, leave of absences, Workday reporting, Workday transactions, time entry, employment information, learning and development, recruitment support, and much more! You will work in a broad network of fellow HR professionals to support and grow our HR best practices to drive a differentiated employee experience. If you have a passion for employee engagement and the ability to drive positive change, this is the role for you! Role is Fully Remote or Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, business or equivalent
  • 1 year of progressive human resource experience
  • Previous experience working in solutions like Workday, case management or customer service systems, HR Systems (Workday, People Soft), ServiceNow, Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to interact with all levels within and across the organization
  • No immigration sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Partner with critical stakeholders such as NA SC HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and functional teams to support employees, provide information, and resolve cases.
  • Work in a broad network of fellow HR professionals to standardize (where it makes sense), optimize, and support/grow our NA SC HR best practices to drive a differentiated employee experience.
  • Partner with employees, managers, and centers of excellence to provide recommendations on process improvements and solutions to support employees.
  • Develop process-related content and training materials for other HR Service Delivery Specialists.
  • Create knowledge management to support employee direct access to information.
  • Deepen knowledge of compliance, HR policies, employee programs, and other important resources for employees.
  • Develop expertise in HR Solutions and Technologies to provide the best experience for employees.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to deliver future phases of our HR solutions and technology.
