Job Summary The HR Shared Services Manager (Employee & Payroll Support) leads the delivery of HR employee and payroll support operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant employee data within the HRIS to enable successful payroll processing. This role does not directly process payroll but is accountable for the quality, controls, and readiness of HR data provided to the payroll team. As a people leader overseeing a team of five, this manager fosters a high-performing, service-oriented environment focused on accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role is based out of our Irving, TX home office and requires a minimum of two days per week in office (typically Tuesday and Thursday).
