About The Position
Home Helpers is now hiring for a HR Specialist for our Nashville office! This position includes day time travel to local offices as needed for support with a company car and paid travel time included! The hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm. Duties: Facilitating orientation and training for caregivers Communicate with recruiting and onboarding to ensure a quick hiring timeline for all applicants. Implement policy and procedures with employee retention. Offer continued support and training to all caregivers. Responsible for assisting with payroll. Upkeep spreadsheets and reports as directed.
