Responsible for supporting, maintaining and improving the company HR Sage Systems in alignment with the Associate Experience strategy. Partner with key stakeholders on business requirements, evaluate, recommend and implement Sage system changes, change system configurations, lead UAT and regression testing, coordinate UAT and regression testing with vendors, stakeholders and/or divisions, customer support, process improvement initiatives, and continued system maintenance. Partner with the Associate Experience Operations Manager with testing, documenting, and implementing new processes and system updates. Own end-to-end process improvement and system enhancement initiatives, serving in a leadership capacity to communicate changes to business leaders and ensure ways of working are sustained. Investigate and resolve complex leadership and associate concerns related to HR systems with a focus on timely and effective solutions.
