About The Position

Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services , one of the nation's top janitorial companies, has an immediate job opening for a Part-Time HR Talent Recruiter and HR Admin to join our team! Office Pride is committed to providing quality service and total customer satisfaction. We need like-minded people that can help us grow and allow for promotion opportunities. We are seeking a Part-Time HR employee for 20 hours per week at $18/hour. The office is located in Greenfield, IN and is currently being remodeled. The job will begin as a remote position and move to the office on May 1st. The hours are flexible with start and stop times during the M - F standard business hours. Requirements

Must have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Responsibilities

Ability to process potential employees through our applicant tracker software system
Responsible to lead all aspects of the HR department
Ability to support CEO with HR administrative tasks
