The HR Technology Business Intelligence (BI) Developer plays a critical role in advancing enterprise people analytics across a global organization. This role designs, develops, and enhances the HR analytics platform (One Model), building scalable metrics, dashboards, and analytics solutions that enable data‑driven strategic and operational decision‑making. Partnering with People Insights and HR teams, this role helps improve workforce planning, operational efficiency, and strategic outcomes through trusted analytics. This position reports to the Global Director, Human Resources Data Operations and is part of the Corporate HR Operations – HR Technology team and will be a USA-Remote role supporting multiple time zones (US Eastern, US Pacific, and UK/GMT).
