We are looking for an HRIS professional; one who is an active participant and analyst, asking all the right questions and thinking up and dowstream in partnership with collaborative teams. If you love thinking more broadly and are passionate about working cross-functionally with others to ensure comprehensive solutions to multifaceted problems, this might be the role for you. Ideally, you will also have Workday HCM experience, supporting configurations, upgrades, and annual HR processes. You will be responsible for overall system performance, configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, security, upgrades, user experience and testing of 3rd party applications that support core Human Resources functions. This includes optimizing performance of our systems, gathering data and making recommendations based on business needs, reporting, issue resolution, integrations, maintenance, and other HR/technical projects.
