The HRIS Systems Coordinator owns the day-to-day integrity, configuration, and operational performance of the organization’s HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems. This role is accountable for data accuracy, payroll readiness, benefits administration, and reliable system integrations. Acting as the connective tissue between HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors, the HRIS Systems Coordinator ensures systems work as designed, data flows correctly, and issues are resolved before they become business problems.
