The position creates and maintains business processes and workflows, develops maintenance plans, conducts regular audits, monitors queries, and proposes solutions to complex issues. This role requires translating business needs into system solutions, ensuring mobile usability, and collaborating effectively across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors.
