Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, execution, and ongoing optimization of marketing automation campaigns that drive real business outcomes.
  • Build and refine multi-touch workflows (email, SMS, landing pages, etc.) that support lead conversion, member retention, and seminar attendance.
  • Architect MASA’s capacity-based 'geohash' journeys—sophisticated automations that route leads and members to the right events based on proximity and availability.
  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Tech, and Seminar Operations to ensure campaigns are accurate, aligned, and ready to scale.
  • Manage HubSpot’s backend architecture to improve data flows and reporting.
  • Test, troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure everything from segmentation to compliance is on point.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (including workflows, segmentation, and reporting).
  • Proven ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns through testing and data insights.
  • Experience with geotargeted or capacity-based routing (like geohashing) is a big plus.
  • Comfort working with CRM integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills—you can juggle multiple initiatives at once.
  • Solid understanding of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in field marketing, healthcare, insurance, or seminar-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and email rendering best practices.
