About The Position

This contractor role is for a HubSpot power user who can move quickly from strategy to execution. You’ll own the build-out and optimization of campaigns, workflows, landing pages, and core marketing operations inside HubSpot for a portfolio of B2B agency clients. You’ll partner closely with the Agency Account / Marketing Manager, Notion Specialist, and Designers to translate campaign ideas into well-structured, measurable programs inside HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (or equivalent marketing automation platform).
  • Proven track record building campaigns, landing pages, and workflows end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts: lifecycle stages, lead scoring, attribution, and data hygiene.
  • Comfortable working with UTM structures, tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Confident communicator who can translate technical setup into plain language for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Campaign Execution Build and launch email campaigns, nurture sequences, and one-off sends in HubSpot.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and thank-you pages, including basic layout and on-page SEO.
  • Set up and manage lists, segments, and subscriptions to ensure the right audiences receive the right messages.
  • Implement A/B tests (subject lines, CTAs, layouts) and document learnings.
  • Marketing Operations & Workflows Configure workflows for lead routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, and internal notifications.
  • Maintain data hygiene (properties, lists, lifecycle stages) to keep reporting clean and actionable.
  • Ensure consistent use of naming conventions across campaigns, assets, and workflows.
  • Integrate HubSpot with other core systems (event tools, calendars, webinar platforms, forms, etc.) where needed.
  • Measurement & Reporting Set up campaign reporting dashboards for each client, aligned to agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and surface issues early (deliverability, low CTR, low conversion, etc.).
  • Provide clear, concise weekly performance snapshots to the Agency Account / Marketing Manager.
