Your role as a Human Resource (HR) Assistant As a Human Resources Assistant at One Community Bank, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our OCB Talent Department. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of essential tasks, including benefits administration, FMLA tracking, and colleague support through our HRIS system. You will assist with colleague onboarding and orientation, ensuring a seamless transition for new team members. Your contributions will also extend to colleague care activities, such as managing the Cheers for Peers program and coordinating milestone celebrations. In addition, you will handle termination paperwork and support wellness initiatives while maintaining a strict standard of confidentiality. Your involvement will not only enhance colleague relations but also foster open communication within the bank.
