This position will require access to ITAR and/or EAR controlled technical data, technology or source code, and requires that all individuals in this role be authorized to access such information. Position Summary The Human Resource Administrator works under the direct supervision of the Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource Administrator follows established procedures to perform administrative tasks related to benefits, wellness, and employee engagement, learning and development programs. This position requires the ability to follow procedures, reliability in checking own work to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. The Human Resource Administrator interacts with people in all levels of the organization as well as individuals outside the organization, so good communication and interpersonal skills are required. Other Duties This position works under the direct supervision of the Human Resource Manager. This position performs a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures, and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
