Requirements

  • 1 year of Human Resources experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred to support customer and community communication needs.
  • Familiar with HRIS (Paycom), Adobe suite, ServiceNow, SolarWinds.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for processing requests and interacting with all employees to ensure accuracy of completed forms.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Provide customer service to process queries or requests from/for employees.
  • Establish and maintain positive relations with staff personnel and outside partnering entities.
  • Manage personnel files (alphabetically, numerically).
  • Create and issue replacement ID badges for Retail employees.
  • Schedules appointments, meetings with employees.
  • General clerical duties, including photocopying, fax, scanning, and mailing.
  • Assist HRBPs with special assignments, as needed.
  • Research topics, as directed.
  • Assists with special projects as needed.
  • Follow organizational policies and procedures.
