We live that statement every single day. We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to help support that mission. POSITION SUMMARY: The Human Resources Admin is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Manager. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Training, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, Benefits Administration, and Employment Law compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Nice To Haves

  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Administer various human resource plans and procedures for company personnel.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment efforts for all levels of staff.
  • Manage and support the onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support the company in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assist in performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database as needed.
