About The Position

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Assistant to support HR operations in a fast-paced office environment. This short-term, 9-week assignment is ideal for a candidate with strong administrative, technical, and organizational skills who thrives in a structured setting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data entry and database management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Access for data management, tracking, and reporting
  • Create professional PowerPoint presentations, including charts and graphs generated from database information
  • Coordinate training schedules and ensure proper classroom setup
  • Develop, distribute, and compile survey results
  • Perform general administrative duties, including: Answering and directing phone calls Ordering office supplies Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assist with onboarding processes and HR documentation
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and data entry records
