About The Position

At BSI, People & Culture is not a support function - it's a strategic driver of how we grow, lead, and show up for one another. We are a people-first organization built on trust, compassion, balance, and accountability, and we're intentional about creating an environment where employees feel supported, challenged, and proud of the work they do. We're looking for a Human Resources Associate who brings energy, curiosity, and strong execution skills to every part of the employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be deeply involved in the day-to-day of People & Culture while also helping shape how our culture evolves as BSI continues to grow. If you're excited by variety, ownership, and the opportunity to truly make an impact on people's work lives, this role was built for you. Award-Winning Culture, Expertise, and Service Excellence Inc.
