The HR Business Partner – Operations is a strategic partner to IEM’s Operations business unit, providing HR guidance and support to maximize workforce effectiveness, drive operational performance, and foster a high-growth, high-performing culture. This role exists to align HR strategies with operational goals, support talent development initiatives, and ensure an exceptional employee experience across manufacturing and operations teams. The HRBP partners with leaders to drive workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning, contributing directly to IEM’s mission of delivering complex, high-quality manufacturing solutions at scale.
