As the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will work as a strategic business partner to support our leadership teams and individual contributors to drive initiatives that impact employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, organizational change, talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion, performance, and culture. As a trusted advisor, you will provide coaching and counsel to leaders on human resources solutions that contribute to the goals of the business unit and supports a high performing and engaged working environment. You are adaptable, flexible, and thrive in a high growth environment where two days rarely look the same. You are a relationship builder and know that the best teams and companies are full of people who trust & take care of each other. Note: We are currently recruiting for an HRBP to support G&A functions (Operations, Client Experience, and Brokerage/Regulatory). As we continue to grow and scale, client group support may change/rotate across HRBPs.
