The HR Business Partner team is at the center of the HR function. HRBPs are connected and report to Regional Directors & the CHRO. Their role is to support and work closely with the RDs and Dealership GMs to understand their overall talent strategy, initiatives and/or challenges and then in partnership with the COEs (Benefits, L&D, Recruiting &Payroll), strategize and activate solutions that deliver high impact. The HRBP supports the execution of HR programs, this will include performance management, conflict management, coaching, employee relations, pay plans, internal mobility, staff retention, talent acquisition, workforce planning, headcount and position management, talent and team development and compliance.
