This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient hiring practices, accurate HR system administration, and compliance with company policies, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and regulatory requirements. The HR Coordinator works closely with store management, HR and Accounting Department leadership and team members, and external partners to support staffing initiatives, maintain employee records, and enhance the overall employee experience.
