About The Position

RallyX is seeking a strong, operationally focused HR Director to lead the day-to-day execution of our people strategy and oversee core HR functions across our portfolio of companies. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering with operational leaders, and excels at building structure, ensuring compliance, and supporting managers. While this role will contribute to organizational planning, it is primarily focused on execution, team leadership, and operational excellence rather than enterprise-level HR strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing HR operations in a multi-entity or multi-site environment preferred.
  • Proven ability to coach managers and navigate employee relations situations effectively.
  • Experience overseeing payroll, benefits, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work onsite in our offices is required for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple business units, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Oversee recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers to support workforce planning and talent acquisition needs.
  • Manage employee relations matters, providing sound guidance to managers while ensuring fair and consistent practices.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, HRIS management, and policy implementation.
  • Maintain and administer compensation structures, ensuring alignment with established pay frameworks.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and manager coaching.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Develop and mentor members of the HR team, driving accountability and operational excellence.
  • Track and report key HR metrics to leadership.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure smooth execution of annual HR cycles (open enrollment, merit reviews, bonus cycles, etc.).
