HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST Summary: The Human Resources Generalist serves as the primary operational support to the HR Manager and functions as the department’s second-in-command. This role is responsible for executing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, training coordination, HRIS management, HR reporting and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The HR Generalist drives operational excellence while fostering a positive employee experience in a fast-paced construction environment. This position requires a high level of discretion, sound independent judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. All work is local.
