The Total Rewards HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting the Aspen Valley Health workforce by administering and executing day-to-day human resource operations. This role is on the Total Rewards team which is benefits and FMLA focused and will assist with employee wellness and recognition programs. Additionally, the HR Generalist collaborates with employees and management to foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with company policies, and address a wide range of Human Resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, health and safety, compensation, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, leave and attendance tracking, payroll, and employee records.
