Ensure fair, consistent, and objective application of HR policies, procedures, and relevant local, state, and federal laws. Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues in collaboration with supervisor.Conduct ongoing HR compliance audits (I-9s, licenses, certifications, onboarding, wage and hour, HRIS accuracy, etc.) and report results. Participate in acquisition preparations, including supporting new managers onboard successfully with the company. Support site managers with reminders on completion of timely performance reviews/merit processing, utilizing company tools (e.g., 30/60/90-day touchpoints), etc.Guide sites on utilizing tools to create an immersive and supportive onboarding experience. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends. Always maintain a high degree of confidentiality due to access to sensitive information. Maintain regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department. Follow all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements.
