If you’re ready to build the future of global industry, we want to hear from you. Join our HR team as a contract HR Generalist. This temporary role is a key partner to our people and business, delivering professional HR support that advances our strategic and operational goals. You’ll help execute HR programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee recruitment, talent management, payroll timekeeping, and day-to-day administrative tasks. You’ll promote positive employee relations and outstanding service while partnering with managers to implement practical HR solutions that drive continuous improvement and a values-driven culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or business related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations and confidential data effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • General office experience (including facilities) and ADP is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive HR support; ensure regulatory compliance; maintain personnel and training files; assist onboarding; support HR audits; manage forms/checklists; process applications/resumes.
  • Support compensation analyses; perform market benchmarking; support salary and bonus planning; maintain compensation data accuracy and internal equity insights.
  • Support succession planning processes.
  • Maintain career framework; define competencies and progression paths; align with learning and development initiatives.
  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping accuracy.
  • Promote positive employee relations and high-quality service; respond to inquiries.
  • Prepare HR data and reports; deliver dashboards for decision-making; assist with regulatory reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.
