Provides assistance in the multiple and varied human resource functional areas with the goal of ensuring the HR Department runs smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the Agency. The Human Resource Coordinator administers various plans in accordance with federal and state regulations. The Coordinator will provide administrative support to the human resource function, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry as it relates to onboarding new employees, employee benefits administration, training and development, performance monitoring, employee relations, labor relations and development and implementation of policies/procedures.
