Redesign the interview schedule template to enhance professional branding and ensure administrative clarity for candidates and interviewers Review and refine offer letter templates to ensure legal consistency, clarity of terms and alignment with company standards Shadow recruitment intake sessions to identify operational bottlenecks and provide recommendations for workflow improvements Audit existing job descriptions and start transitioning to the LTS template Design and execute structured interviews for recent hires to assess the recruitment and onboarding journey Conduct feedback interviews or surveys with hiring managers to evaluate the effectiveness of current recruitment initiatives, including sourcing and scheduling efficiency. Develop promotional collateral for the Employee referral program to increase program visibility and engagement across the site Actively source a pipeline of at least 10 qualified candidates for open positions, manager interview coordination and facilitate the feedback loop with hiring manager Other duties as assigned
