The Human Resources Intern will play an active role in shaping the employee experience at Accertify. This internship offers the chance to dive into meaningful HR projects across employer branding, employee engagement, leadership development, HR communications, and process optimization. You’ll partner directly with HR leaders and cross‑functional teams, gaining real‑world exposure to how strategic people initiatives support culture, performance, and business outcomes. Throughout the program, you’ll lead 4–5 impactful projects, build skills, create visible deliverables, and present
your recommendations to HR leadership. This is a hands‑on opportunity to contribute, grow, and leave your mark on Accertify’s people strategy.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Interest in people strategy, culture, employee engagement, and communications
• Employment eligibility to work for Accertify in the U.S. isrequired; Accertify will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position

Nice To Haves

• Prior internship, coursework, or exposure to Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or Business Operations
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Teams, Copilot, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
• Interest in employer branding, internal communications, or employee engagement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR team members to support employer branding initiatives, including drafting social or LinkedIn content and auditing existing employer brand materials
• Assistwith employee engagement efforts, such as survey preparation, analysis support, andactionplanningmaterials
• Support leadership and manager enablement initiatives by helping develop job aids, templates, outlines, or learning resources
• Contribute to HR communications by drafting internal content, summaries, or campaign materials
• Support HR process improvement efforts, including documenting workflows, simplifying templates, and improving trackers or tools
• Participate in HR onboarding, team meetings, and cross-functional shadowing to build a foundational understanding of HR operations
• Incorporate feedback through structured review and iteration cycles
• Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing project work, outcomes, learnings, and recommendations
